Initiate a Claim

To initiate a claim in the CVOW Fisheries Compensatory Mitigation Program (the “Program”), provide your information and answer the questions below.

The Administrator will continue to engage stakeholders from the commercial and for-hire recreational fishing industries to obtain feedback on the Program and the claim submission process until August 28, 2025. Based on that feedback, the Administrator will develop and post the final Claim Form by September 15, 2025.
