Initiate a Claim

To initiate a claim in the CVOW Fisheries Compensatory Mitigation Program (the “Program”), provide your information and answer the questions below.

The Administrator will continue to engage stakeholders from the commercial and for-hire recreational fishing industries to obtain feedback on the Program and the claim submission process until October 17, 2025. Based on that feedback, the Administrator will develop and post the final Claim Form by November 18, 2025.
